A parent of Redwood Middle School students said the proposed striping 'does absolutely nothing' to get kids safely into the school, describing conflicts between e-bikes, pedestrians, and SUVs on a 40-inch sidewalk. He asked the city to remove trees and widen the sidewalk or create a dedicated bike/walk path to the school entrance.
